2-10 Warranty (One Year Workmanship, Two Year Systems and Ten Year Structural Warranty.) This warranty is provided on newly constructed homes by Rubicon Homes as member of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. In order to be a member of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program, Rubicon applied for membership, meet their strict underwriting guidelines and agreed to abide by the terms of the agreement with 2-10. In return, this gives you (the buyer) the satisfaction of knowing that Rubicons warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by the warranty insurer. Your home will be enrolled in the program at the date of closing and you will receive a Certificate of Warranty with Rubicons name on it in the mail. Rubicon provides the warranty, and 2-10 arranges insurance-backing for the builder's warranty.
