An Idaho native and Boise State University grad, Joe has always had a passion for real estate. Joe served as Chief Financial Officer for a national top-100 homebuilder/developer in Seattle. 

Joe's Fortune-100 tenure included promotions into land development, first as project manager, then as VP of Operations and Developments in the Eastern region of Burlington Northern based in Springfield, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois. 

In Idaho, Joe has worked as CFO and project manager for a regional shopping center developer before returning to his real passion, residential development and construction. Joe assisted several notable Boise-based firms in expanding their operations before choosing Kastera.
