The job I hired Tradewinds for was to finish the basement in my 5.5 year old home. The work was done quickly (too quickly at times as I was doing some small parts myself). I was very pleased with how easy it was to work with them and our schedule. Since we were already living in the house this was a concern going in but it worked out well. I was also concerned about it making a mess but the subs all cleaned up after themselves and did their best to minimize any inconvenience they caused. When they finished they really finished - we built a list of items that needed to be finalized and the list was done in less than a week. The work didn't drag out and we have really enjoyed the additional space.

Why should your builder be recognized for Construction Excellence?

I had more than one builder bid the job, but the process for the bid from Tradewinds was unique. Steve made an appointment to bring over ALL his subcontractors to bid, rather than just have the general contractor look at the job. I expected to be overwhelmed - but it actually worked out great. Steve had confidence that his subcontractors would make a good impression and they did. Since they had seen the job they were able to provide more accurate bids, and gave me confidence that they could do what I wanted because they asked all the right questions. Steve also made suggestions that made it better than I had ever considered.

too many cooks in the kitchen....hey you started the whole cooking analogy.

Wow...okay I just checked out his website...look at the photos. I will call him if I am ever knighted or crowned emperor of Ada. I think I could fit my neighborhood into one of his houses with lots of space. Great website! ...but he doesnt have you down in the Realtors(R) and partners section. -Emdeplam
