Client Experience	We wanted to move to Hazelwood Village. Syringa Construction was one of the many builders to choose from for this subdivision. We ultimately chose Syringa because of their attention to detail, the craftsman style that they used and their website that allowed us to look at their house plans online and view model homes through virtual tours. Also, we found Steve Hanson to be very professional and easy to work with. He made the building process easy and very organized for us.
Why should Syringa be recognized for Construction Excellence?	Our builder should be recognized because he continues to build quality homes and because of the quality of his work he has been able to continue to grow through this slow building period.
What is the favorite feature in your home?	Hardwood floors, craftsman style trim and wood work.
Is there a trade company or subcontractor you would recommend?	All of the Syringa contractors that we met with were also very professional and did great work.
Are there any suppliers you would recommend?	All did a great job.
Tell us about Hazelwood Village.	We chose Hazelwood Village because it is near our previous home and we like the SW Boise area. The amenities that Hazelwood Village offered were better than those of any subdivision in this area. In particular we liked the community swimming pool and clubhouse, fiber to the home (through Zial), the security (cameras & in home security systems) and the overall community feel that HWV offered.
