You don't have to buy a new home to get that new home feeling! NARI-Idaho hosts its annual tour of remodeled homes on June 7th and 8th, 2008. This year's Remodeled Homes Tour will feature from 15 Treasure Valley home remodeling projects that enable tour-goers to see how local remodeling contractors can rejuvenate your home to fit your lifestyle and your budget.
"Remodeling is more popular than ever," says Teri Ottens, executive director of NARI-Idaho. "With the recent change in the housing market, more and more people are choosing remodeling over relocating." Remodeling projects can
cover a wide range of possibilities, from small cosmetic changes to complete room additions and whole house renovations. "The tour is perfect for those looking to see the hot new trends in remodeling or for getting ideas about
their own remodeling projects," says Ottens.
"There are so many things you can do to make your home just what you want, without having to move from a neighborhood you love--the possibilities are endless!" says Josh Bogle, past - president of NARI-Idaho.
Last year's tour highlighted everything from a bathroom remodel to a full home renovation, and this year's event promises to be even bigger and better: Ticket holders can see the amazing before and afters, enter to win
