Shedding light on finding the perfect spot to build your new home in Canyon County!

I am excited about this opportunity to share with you my knowledge and experience in the Canyon County, Idaho real estate world and more specifically the new construction maze from Nampa to Middleton to Caldwell and Beyond!  I know that if you are like many future new homeowners, the prospect of finding your perfect plot in one of the new home communities and master planned developments here in the Treasure Valley, your own private Idaho, can be a daunting task!  I am here to shed some light on what can be a dark and twisty maze.

This site does show who has lots, how big and if you can bring your own builder.  Since our market has slowed, the opportunity to find the right community with choices for you to build is easier than before.  Once you know where you want to live, for example in  Nampa, tour the new home communities and find the one you like.  When calling the marketing agency representing the development make sure to ask if there is lot availability, if you can bring your own builder or if the lots are owned already.  In addition, don't forget to ask if there are any additional fees on top of the lot costs.
