I wanted to research a new community, so what do? I go to its website.

When I first started researching new communities my pet peave was websites that did not exist. Sel Equity was the worst at this. They constantly promoted websites that either had no information or were under construction. I was always amazed that they spent so much money putting out those beautiful magazines promoting websites with nothing.  

Today I wanted to learn more about a new community in the area that I have heard so much about. It was a beautiful site. I'll bet this community spent thousands on their site  but it does not tell you one thing about the community. No seriously, not one thing. No lot sizes or prices. No builders mentioned. Oh here is a big one- no location or directions. A map would be nice. There are some smart concepts worded together but no real information. And my favorite- the pictures do not look like they are even in Idaho!

Sorry to rant but I just can't believe they would do this to prospective buyers. Maybe they are going for the conceptual sale?
