Why did you select this builder?

We had Eric build us a very custom home. NOTHING in our house is cookie-cutter. Eric worked with my wife and I hand-in-hand during the entire process and never once had issues with the time commitment we required. I have never met a person that takes more pride in his work and the details that go into truly building customers for life. There have been times that I have come home and Eric or his crew are fixing things that I didn't even know were done incorrectly.

Why should Eric Evans Construction be recognized for Construction Excellence?

Eric's overall attitude in creating happy customers and providing an amazing product at a cost that is not over-inflated. Before we decided to build with Eric, we met with a few other builders that were way to proud of their work and it showed in their bottom line. After meeting with Eric once and seeing his work, it became amazingly clear that he was our builder of choice.

What is your favorite element or feature of your home? Please explain.

Custom alder cabinets that are 100% unique; black madura hardwood floors; coffered ceilings in main rooms; large hardwood deck; custom basement with alder bar and space for game room; landscaping

Is your home Energy Star, Green or LEED certified? Was this important to you? Please explain.

No, I am not sure what designation our house is considered.

What advice wou dyou give someine buying or building a new home?
Make sure you feel very confident with your builder; come prepared with your ideas and thoughts on what you want to each and every meeting; realize that builders are on tight timeframes just like you so be prepared
