     Please understand that there is a HUGE difference between someone who has a real estate license and a great realtor.  A great realtor will earn your business.  A great realtor asks questions and cares about your answers.  A great realtor is easy to get a hold of and possesses professional communication skills.  A great realtor has the accurate answers to your questions, and has a terrific network of sources of information.  A great realtor understands that they have been hired to market your home, not chosen to sell your home.  A great realtor exceeds your expections.  And the best part...a great realtor costs the same as a not-so-great-realtor!  So my question to you is....why do so many people continue to work with agents/brokers that they are not happy with?
