The word on the street is that Realtors are dropping like flies. Furthermore, I hear the same is true of many builders. Now, I understand that many professionals jumped into the real estate and building business during the big boom…but as you have probably heard by now, the boom is over.
It is troubling to know that so many families are struggling right now, however, I know from personal experience when the going gets tough the tough get going.
I have had plenty of opportunity over the last few weeks to ponder (sitting readily awaiting for you to come and view my many beautiful models and open houses in Carriage Hill in Nampa) what motivates you (the home buyer!) right now?
Having been in this business for almost 15 years, I have been through tough markets and will still be here when you are ready to purchase. I have comfort in the knowledge that there are those of you out there who need to find room for an ailing parent, those of you whose children have flown the coop and have grown tired of cleaning a six bedroom house, the ones who would love to spend their weekends exploring all Idaho outdoors instead of sitting atop a mower…. I know you are out there and again, I’ll be patient and wait. My homes will be open, my builders will be ready to build your dream home – but in the meantime, please help me help you.
Do you wish you could look at homes at 7pm? On Sundays? Do you desire a free dinner? Free dessert? Do you think homes should be built with better technology packages? Built to be more efficient?
