Spotlight on Boise Condo Projects 3
Main / Boise Homes for Sale

I've been loosely following the development of David Hale's new Perennial Townhomes project off of Hill Rd. According to this weeks' edition of the Idaho Business Review the project was approved this month.

I still don't know a whole lot about David Hale, but I have been paying more attention to the different projects that he has going on around Boise as infill projects and from what I can tell, he seems to care about the community and does a good job developing his business and projects in a way that, of course, is good for his business, but is also good for downtown and the foothills and the community as a whole.  I read a lot of back and forth on this Hill Rd. project and it appears that it has gotten to a place where most everyone can agree.

Here is the article in the Business Review:

I'll be interested in seeing the project progress.

When in comes to green and Boise developments, David Hale is the most recognized person. He is very forward thinking. It would be great to have him blog on this site.
