What is going on with EAGLE homes for sale? According to Intermountain MLS, Ada County CURRENTLY has approx 1063 newly constructed residential listings. August alone saw approx 130 newly constructed homes SOLD in Ada County....this reflects an average price of $237,699.......EAGLE has sold 4 of those 130 newly constructed homes with an average price of $653,350 (median price is $850,000)...this is a little over 3% of the total market.

Residential construction across Idaho has been consistently falling since 2006 and while thats bad for the homebuilders who have been forced out of business, its good for the industry in general. (Idaho Business Review Story)

Stone Veneer is incredibly popular in our area. You see is everywhere you look in the Treasure Valley. It is applied inside and outside of homes, businesses, on subdivision entry ways, and signage, as well as in landscaping applications. Such applications would include retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, hot tubs and pools.
