These patio homes are designed for the buyer who is looking for a home that is high end. They are architectually modeled after Tuscan style homes all with master bedroom suites on the main level and have a second suite on the main level as well. They are designed with no maintenance in mind, the exterior landscape is taken care of in the HOA. You can travel for 6 months and no one will know you are gone.

As a builder I cant help but be impacted by the constant deluge of bad news. Crude oil increases impact our business from the materials that we use to the transportation of people to jobs. Declines in housing starts and house values decrease margins and economies of scale. Is there a bright side? Certainly.

The goal of keeping your powder dry is to be ready to act when a financially viable acquisition becomes available. We've seen some excellent acquisition opportunities in the Boise - Meridian - Nampa - Caldwell - Eagle markets and investors need to act when those opportunities are available.

recently I had a client call me that was having trouble with his painter finding a solution for low VOC lacquer to apply to natural wood in a home. the painter was quoting high costs and having to buy huge volumes of product because of availability-here the rest for the story.....
