It is fairly simple but has taken months to come up with something that makes more sense. The premise is to help visitors meet {Systems Built, Production, Semi-Custom or Custom} Home Builders then categorized by {Affordable, Mid-Level or Luxury} type.

There are many mixed signals in the commercial real estate market in the Boise - Nampa - Caldwell market area. Inquiries on listed properties are down, but completed transactions are steady to rising and inquiries and transactions in areas outside of Boise are up.

The developers of the Hunters Point golf course and housing community in Nampa have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, saying the weak economic climate and the squeeze on home mortgages has dried up the companys cash flow. Greg Bullock, a managing member of Hunters Point Golf Community LLC, said the company wasnt able to meet its financial commitments at the golf course because of the inability to complete home sales.
