Get buying power!

This weekend, when you are with family and having a great time together, suggest to your family it could be like that all the time. The next step is to get as many families that are interested to shop together. When you have selected the new subdidivision of choice, approach the home builder and ask for his best price on a home. Then ask him what the price would be if you purchased more than one. After you slap him, to wake him up from passing out, ask the question again.

If you don't have family interested, keep yor eye on a subdivision you like and meet someone who wants to move there as well and join forces. This is called Home Buying Power!
