Re:Somerset Heights
Wow! just wow.

$1K HOA's is that lifetime or every 10 years?

Which bank is associted with this project?

It is about time Boise got some high end housing. I am so sick of people designing for the median income. Let's face it, $300K-$1MM a year income is common now in Boise and we rarely see builders catering to their needs. I just hope the wealthy Europeans to snatch these up first! They aren't building anymore foothills you know.

This has been a very succesful community. Of course, when you know what your customers want, things sell.

Trey-
I would be really curious to see the records on those. How many people put down 20%, 10% or even 5%... this market corrects slightly and you will have upscale jingle mail.

Boise just does not have that many wealth poeple for all the inventory so I believe it is still crap loans to people not quite qualified in a traditional sense.
