In a world filled with everyone promising the best, and let them assure you their competition is not, along came valuable information.

If I offer the best service and you offer the best service what is the consumer to think? At that point, it is left to personal choice, which is no way to make a decision.

To the consumer,

If you are dealing with someone who does not seem to have it together, maybe it is time to move on. If I have one more realtor assure me they are not like other realtors, I may get sick. If you are different prove it. One realtor spent over thirty minutes telling me how smart they were and about their great experience. It turns out he had never sold a house? I could not believe I waisted a half hour listening to someone tell me how great and different they were. By the way, several realtors have proven they are different  in a great way. I even met a realtor who is willing to take a stake in the  sale on their builders behalf. Imagine that, sharing in the risk, even in today's market. I am always excited when I hear of people who are willing to try something new and it works for them and the client.

Recently, a build job was sold and when asked what influenced them the most, BuildingCredibility.com. It was not just one thing though. It was the blogs, the Credibility Score, Subdivision Locator and access to all the information they needed. Today's consumer is more informed than ever. If you want dumb clients, stay on task. If you wonder where your cheese moved, you may have to chart new waters.
