All Green Homes are Energy Efficient, but not all Energy Efficient Homes are Green

A few weeks ago, one of Idaho's House Representatives formed an informal group from "LEEDers" , a sub-association of the USGBC - Idaho Chapter, to look at Sustainability and proposed legislation. In taking roles to research best practices for living sustainably, THIS is an attempt put some structure to a proposed model for change. By no means is it perfect. The government can not be expected to do everything for a Sustainable Future. But the government has the data we need, and private industry has the ability.
