Land developers and custom home builders throughout the country are adopting the reduced energy and sustainability programs such as ENERGY STAR and LEEDS. Home Electronics such as Home Automation or Smart Home systems are becoming crucial components in reducing the carbon foot print and adding to the environmental design.  These automated control systems can manage your indoor climate via your HVAC and thermostat, your lighting (based on occupancy) and also water.  These systems have become quite complex in terms of what can be achieved and these are to only name a few.  You might be thinking to yourself, "Well all residential control systems require power.
