Peace [sic] of mind? How about consumer electronics?

Are the days of offering incentives gone for home builders?  Should builders with inventory, entice and attract holiday (qualified) buyers by offering consumer electronics as an incentive among other things? 

 "Two of the top five items on adults' holiday wish lists are consumer electronics, and four of the top five items on the teen list are consumer electronic devices."
