Rock Star blogging is much more than words in cyber space.

Bravo!  Excellent presentations by Valitics, Tricycle and Trey today at Idaho Tech Connect.  If I ever think that Environmentalism, Green Building Concepts and Sustainability have NOT come to age...it has something to do with communication in a new era.

So what does that mean?  "Blogging like a Rock Star" was an excellent and entertaining eye opener about the truth in communication of the technological age we live in.  Personally, I looked away from blogging because I thought my target market was not part of this revolution in consumer attitudes and choices.  That may still be so, but universally everyone is exhausted from being marketed and "sold" to.

I had never heard of horizontal time, and I'd like to think I still live there.  But I'm not in the generation of techno communicators that multitask with 6 electronic gadgets at one time without skipping a beat.  To their own beat, and instantaneously connected to thousands of others.  This is not horizontal time. 

I do know there is a large gap between Rock Star bloggers and the Rolling Stones.  I'm beginning to think that success in communicating and sustainability have a lot in common.  The gaps depend on where one falls, Woodstock or .com Stock. 

If you want to catch the wave, one must market on both sides of the gap.  Rock ON!!
